Refund policy

At Adaniya Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, we’re here to help.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product received

Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of delivery.

Product Condition

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging should be available
  • Unboxing video may be required for verification in damaged/wrong item cases

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used jewellery
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Products damaged after use

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method or bank account


    Replacement Option

    In eligible cases, customers may also choose a replacement instead of a refund.
